The house offers four apartments for 4–6 persons, each with a separate entrance. The living room with kitchenette is equipped with a hob, electric kettle, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine (you can buy capsules from the facility manager), dining table, and television. The bedroom has two single beds and a large bed for three people. The living room can accommodate a sixth guest on a sofa bed. Two more persons can sleep on matress in the attic in the apartment Keprnik. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the house. A French door connects the living room with a terrace with a nice view.
Parking near the house is for free.
Each apartment has an outdoor lockable room to store sports equipment.
Guests are welcome to use our outdoor sitting area with a fire ring and a barbecue grill, children will enjoy a large playground with a slide, swings and a climbing wall.
The house is a non-smoking property.
It is possible to use the sauna at the neighboring house for a fee. The sauna should be booked in advance by email manager@modrinovaarcha.cz or by calling the phone +420 736 532 211.
